$25 per person (Youth and Scouters) - includes BBQ Lunch, 80th Anniversary Crest and full Day of OAS Activities.
Come self contained for dinner or purchase BBQ Dinner and stay for the Celebration Campfire!

Registration Fee:
$25 per participant - includes 80th Anniversary Crest, Lunch at the BBQ stand (hot dog or hamburger and chips, bring water bottle to refill), day worth of OAS activities and fun around the camp.
$0 - just coming for the Campfire or Celebration, not participating in activities (please register HERE)
$10 - 80th Anniversary Crest (available for pre-purchase on registration form and at event)
$5 - BBQ Stand (hot dog or hamburger, chips and drink), available during the day starting at lunch and ending after dinner
$10 - Pig Roast Dinner (includes salad, bun, drink)

Scouts Canada Council members, local politicians and other VIP Guests will present Everton Scout Camp with Certificate and Plaque designating the 80 years of a Scout Camp
Review plaques and other items from the past
Celebration Campfire - bring your camp chair and enjoy the campfire on the Wheeler Lodge Field

6:30pm Gates Open for weekend campers – No overnight parking in Cub Entrance Parking Lot - only Drop off Friday Night. All Overnight Parking will be asked to move to the Scout Entrance Parking Lot Hill (Please display name, group and cell phone number in window of all cars)
7:00pm Camp Master and Ranger trailer shuttle if needed, book on DoubleKnot
10:00pm Volunteer Meeting and Mug Up at Wheeler Lodge
11:00pm Lights Out and Quiet Time
Saturday
7:00am Wake up
8:00am Volunteer Breakfast at Wheeler Lodge Outdoor Kitchen (bring mess kit including water bottle and mug)
Gates Open for day campers – day parking at Scout Entrance grass area, drop off only at Cub Entrance, no parking.
8:30am Registration at Field in front of Wheeler Lodge for anyone weekend camping or day participants
9:00am Opening at Field in front of Wheeler Lodge
9:30am Morning Activities (see map provided and Scouter Package)
12:00pm Lunch BBQ at Wheeler Lodge Field INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION FEE (bring mess kit including water bottle and mug and camp chair)
1:30pm Afternoon Activities (see map provided and Scouter Package)
4:30pm 80th Anniversary Presentations and Celebration at Wheeler Lodge
Bring Camp Chair, Group Flags, wear uniform
Day campers may choose depart at this time
5:30pm Dinner at your site (day site or weekend camp site) or BBQ at Wheeler Lodge ($5 BBQ or $10 Pig Roast)
7:00pm Celebration Campfire - Portable fire pit in field in front of Wheeler Lodge, bring your camp chair
8:00pm Day participants depart camp
8:15 pm Star gazing Lion's Lodge Field
Venturer/Rover Music and board games at the Activity Pavilion
11:00pm Quiet Time and Lights out

11:00am Depart camp - Camp Master check out required for all Weekend Campers
